We thrive to give our customers peace of mind when you purchase any products from Popmyberry However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return the items:

  • Please contact our customer service personnel at customercare@popmyberry.com indicating the problem with your purchase and we shall issue you a Return Goods Document via email prior to you sending the goods back to us.
  • Equipment must be in original (new) condition and returned with receipt, original packaging, any warranty cards, manuals or any other documentation that originally came with the item. We cannot accept returns that are not in original packaging.
  • We cannot accept returns without original packaging, warranty cards, manuals or other documentation included with original item(s).
  • Items missing pieces or damaged through negligence or misuse are not returnable
  • We do not reimburse shipping or return shipping charges unless the goods received are defect and require replacements.
  • Returns for refund take approximately 1-2 weeks to process after receipt and payment will be made corresponding to your purchasing method.
